中國(guó)散裂中子源(CSNS)現(xiàn)公開面向所有用戶征集第三輪運(yùn)行(2019年下半年)用戶普通課題申請(qǐng)征集。中國(guó)散裂中子源(CSNS)2019年下半年開放運(yùn)行時(shí)間從2019年9月26日至2020年1月16日,歡迎國(guó)內(nèi)外用戶在線提交課題申請(qǐng),所有提交的用戶課題申請(qǐng)書將由專家進(jìn)行評(píng)審。
本輪用戶普通課題申請(qǐng)的截止日期是2019年6月30日(6月30日零點(diǎn)CSNS用戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)將關(guān)閉申請(qǐng)通道)。

中國(guó)散裂中子源(CSNS)是“十一五”國(guó)家重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目,是國(guó)際前沿的高科技、多學(xué)科應(yīng)用的大型研究平臺(tái);CSNS的科學(xué)目標(biāo)是建成世界一流的大型中子散射多學(xué)科研究平臺(tái),為材料科學(xué)技術(shù)、生命科學(xué)、化學(xué)、物理學(xué)、資源環(huán)境、新能源等領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)研究和高新技術(shù)開發(fā)提供強(qiáng)有力的研究手段。
中國(guó)散裂中子源于2018年9月正式對(duì)外開放運(yùn)行,目前已完成首輪開放運(yùn)行,正在進(jìn)行第二輪開放運(yùn)行。前兩輪開放運(yùn)行共收到用戶課題申請(qǐng)138份,獲批用戶課題申請(qǐng)89份。
首輪開放運(yùn)行期間,三臺(tái)譜儀共完成了40項(xiàng)用戶課題,取得了重要成果,用戶來自國(guó)內(nèi)外的三十余所高等院校和科研院所(包括港澳地區(qū)的香港大學(xué)和香港城市大學(xué)、英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)、倫敦瑪麗女王大學(xué)等)。其中,通用粉末衍射儀完成20項(xiàng)用戶課題,包括新型儲(chǔ)氫材料、鋰離子電池、新型超導(dǎo)材料、還原缺陷氧化物催化劑、高強(qiáng)鋼及疲勞樣品等,重點(diǎn)解決新能源、新材料和工程材料等的微觀機(jī)理,以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用的難點(diǎn)。多功能反射儀完成了7項(xiàng)用戶課題,覆蓋太陽能電池薄膜、自旋電子學(xué)、稀磁半導(dǎo)體、材料輻照效應(yīng)、軟物質(zhì)等領(lǐng)域,為研究薄膜材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和磁性提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持。小角散射儀完成了13項(xiàng)用戶課題,包括ODS鋼、高強(qiáng)高韌鋼、高強(qiáng)鋁合金、Ni基高溫合金、磁致伸縮合金、高性能金屬玻璃等,為研究高性能材料中納米尺度結(jié)構(gòu)演化提供了直接表征。
The China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) offers neutron scattering to all qualified users. The proposals of beamtime application for the first round of CSNS in 2018 have been fully reviewed and the results of the review have been sent to all applicants. The proposal round of CSNS in the second half of 2019 is from Sep. 26th 2019 to Jan. 16th, 2020, welcome users at home and abroad to submit applications online. All proposals will be critically reviewed for scientific merit by experts.
The deadline for this proposal round is Jun. 30th, 2019 (At 0’clock on Dec.12th the CSNS User Service System will close the application channel).
For this proposal round:
Applicants must submit proposal through the CSNS User Service System (http://user.csns.ihep.ac.cn/). And you must have an account to submit the proposal. The application background (purpose, significance, current status at home and abroad), experimental plan, expectations, experimental methods and estimated beamtime should be clarified in the proposal. All proposals will be reviewed by experts. Once your application has been scheduled, you will receive an email from the CSNS User Office, confirm the date of the experiment and the appropriate sample environment. Please complete all of the access notification/registration online at http://user.csns.ihep.ac.cn/, to ensure that the experiment can be done on schedule. After the experiment, the experimental report and User satisfaction survey must be submitted within three months.

The above neutron spectrometer is still in operation and we are still debugging and testing its performance. We need to have enough time to complete the spectrometer debugging and solve the problem. If you apply for this aircraft, you have agreed to help us complete the commissioning by using the spectrometer and providing feedback to ensure that these spectrometers can provide reliable machine time services in the future. China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)is a National Science and Technology Major Infrastructure Project within China's 11th five-year program, and a large-scale research platform for high-tech and multidisciplinary applications at the international frontier. The scientific goal of CSNS is to build a world-class large neutron scattering multidisciplinary research platform, providing strong research tools for basic research and high-tech development in the fields of materials science and technology, life sciences, chemistry, physics, resource environment and new energy.
The Chinese spallation neutron originated in September 2018 and was officially opened to the public. The first round of experiments has been completed and a second round of experiments is underway. In the first two rounds of experiments, a total of 138 applications were received, and 89 copies were approved.
During the first round of operation, the three spectrometers completed 40 user research subjects and achieved important research results. The users came from more than 30 universities and research institutes domestic and abroad (including Hong Kong University and Hong Kong City University in Hong Kong and Macao), University of Cambridge, UK, Queen Mary University, etc.). The General Purpose Powder Diffractometer has completed 20 user subjects, including new hydrogen storage materials, lithium ion batteries, new superconducting materials, reduction defect oxide catalysts, high strength steel and fatigue samples, focusing on new energy, new materials and engineering materials. The microscopic mechanism of the process, as well as the difficulty of applying key technologies. The Multi-function Reflectometer has completed 7 user subjects, covering solar cell films, spintronics, dilute magnetic semiconductors, material irradiation effects, soft materials, etc., providing strong support for studying the structure and magnetic properties of thin film materials. The Small-Angle Neutron Spectrometer has completed 13 user subjects, including ODS steel, high-strength and high-toughness steel, high-strength aluminum alloy, Ni-based superalloy, magnetostrictive alloy, high-performance metallic glass, etc., to provide a study on nanoscale structural evolution in high-performance materials.
